Our Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your B.B.Boutique purchase!
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible item(s) for *Store Credit* within 14 days of having received the order.
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We reserve the right to deny a return based on item condition and original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.
Final Sale Items
All items on sale, with a discount code, flash sale, or during site wide sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.
The following items are also Final Sale for hygienic reasons (full price): bodysuits and bralettes.
Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange a size or color of item, please email us as soon as possible to hello@shopblossomandbloom.com. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. *Exchanges all depend on availability.
Online Store Credits
Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 3 business days (if not sooner!) to process you return/exchange. We will inspect the items, process the return and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to us it.
Once you receive your online store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at www.shopblossomandbloom.com.
Online Store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs; only applicable on merchandise.
Our emails will be open 24/7 in order to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
HELPFUL HINT:
Keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns as we will not be liable for any return that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
